Refund Policy

1. GENERAL POLICY
All Membership Fees paid to Vacation360 Club are non-refundable.
2. EXCEPTIONS (If Applicable)
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment
- Payment error due to technical issues
- Legal obligation under applicable law
3. COOLING-OFF PERIOD (Recommended for Legal Safety)
Members may cancel within 7 days of purchase (if no services used) for a partial refund:
- Deduction of administrative charges (10%–25%)
- Processing time: 15–30 working days
4. NON-REFUNDABLE CASES
No refunds shall be provided if:
- Membership benefits have been used
- Cancellation request is made after cooling-off period
- Non-usage of membership
- Dissatisfaction due to availability issues
5. PROCESS
- Submit written request via email
- Provide payment proof and details
- Refund processed to original payment method
