Refund Policy

1. GENERAL POLICY

All Membership Fees paid to Vacation360 Club are non-refundable.

2. EXCEPTIONS (If Applicable)

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment
  • Payment error due to technical issues
  • Legal obligation under applicable law

3. COOLING-OFF PERIOD (Recommended for Legal Safety)

Members may cancel within 7 days of purchase (if no services used) for a partial refund:

  • Deduction of administrative charges (10%–25%)
  • Processing time: 15–30 working days

4. NON-REFUNDABLE CASES

No refunds shall be provided if:

  • Membership benefits have been used
  • Cancellation request is made after cooling-off period
  • Non-usage of membership
  • Dissatisfaction due to availability issues

5. PROCESS

  • Submit written request via email
  • Provide payment proof and details
  • Refund processed to original payment method
