CANCELLATION POLICY

Vacation360 Club

Effective Date: April 17, 2026

1. BOOKING CANCELLATION

Members may cancel bookings as follows:

Time Before Check-in	Cancellation Charge
15+ days	No charge
7–14 days	50% of usage deducted
Less than 7 days	100% usage deducted

2. NO-SHOW POLICY

Failure to check in without cancellation:

• Full usage period will be deducted

3. RESCHEDULING

• Allowed subject to availability
• Must be requested before cancellation window

4. COMPANY CANCELLATION

Vacation360 Club may cancel bookings due to:

• Maintenance issues
• Operational reasons
• Force majeure

👉 In such cases:

• Alternate stay or rescheduling will be offered
